BON AQUA
= GOOD WATER

Bon Aqua means “Good Water.” We agree — and it seems like a fine place to make great beer.

KEG KOUNTY ROOTS

Hickman County has long carried the nickname “Keg Kounty.” Local history and folklore tie the name to the county’s reputation for moonshining and illegal whiskey production, especially during the Prohibition era. The wooded hills offered plenty of hiding places for stills, and more than a few jugs — and kegs — reportedly made their way out of these hollows. We’re borrowing the old nickname and carrying the tradition forward in a much more legal fashion.
